🔎 About Global Airways Lithuania

We are a European ACMI airline operating worldwide. This position is for Global Airways Lithuania only — not Global Airways South Africa nor LIFT. However, candidates who previously applied to Global Airways South Africa are welcome to apply here.

🧭 Where you’ll fly & rosters

  • Seasonal operations across Northern Hemisphere countries such as Turkey, Greece, Armenia, Moldova, and Czechia, plus South Africa in the Southern Hemisphere.
  • Predictable, lifestyle-friendly rotations: 6–8 weeks on followed by 3–4 weeks off.
  • Experience diverse airspaces, airports, and operational environments common to ACMI flying.

  • Operate as First Officer on the A320 family, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations.
  • Work seamlessly with multinational flight and cabin crews within dynamic ACMI deployments.
  • Uphold SOPs and contribute to a strong safety, CRM, and Just Culture environment.
  • Adapt quickly to varying customer airline procedures and seasonal operating conditions.
  • Maintain the highest professional and customer service standards on every sector.

✅ Minimum requirements

  • Licences: EASA CPL/ATPL or Frozen ATPL with IR and ME; or SACAA licence (validation route).
  • Flight time (meet one pathway):
    • Full EASA CPL/ATPL: 500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM > 10 tons, or passenger seating > 19; OR
    • All EASA ATPL subjects passed: 500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM > 10 tons, or passenger seating > 19; OR
    • SACAA licence validation: >1500 hrs MPA as PIC or Copilot.
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Travel readiness: Valid passport(s) and ability to meet global visa requirements (sponsorship provided as applicable).

🎓 Type rating & training

No type rating required. Comprehensive A320 training is provided for successful candidates, followed by line training within our ACMI operations.
