Take your seat on the flight deck of the A320 family as a Direct Entry First Officer on a permanent contract. If you’re current, type-rated, and ready to contribute to a safety-first, high-performance operation, we’d like to hear from you.
🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer on the A320 family, you’ll support the Captain in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations from pushback to shutdown.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Lead pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and FMS setup; monitor flight progress and manage threats and errors using robust CRM.
- Provide decisive support during abnormal and emergency procedures, maintaining high situational awareness and checklist discipline.
- Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and passenger service excellence.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Hours on type: Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family.
- Type rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating (direct entry, type-rated).
- Currency: Have flown the relevant aeroplane type within the last 12 months.
- Licence level: Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Accepted licences: EASA or UK CAA.
- Flight crew licence: Current UK-issued CAA ATPL(A), fATPL(A), MPL; or hold an EASA licence and meet the “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” set out by the UK CAA (route 3, 4, 5 or 6).
- Medical: Current Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6.
- Passport: Valid passport with at least 12 months’ validity remaining.
- Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not available; you must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the country of employment.
Note: Evidence of currency, hours, and recency will be verified via logbooks and training records.
