🧭 Your mission
As a Second Officer on the A320 Family, you will support safe, efficient operations from preflight to shutdown, working closely with the flight deck to deliver a world-class, on-time operation.
- Assist with flight preparation, performance calculations, and aircraft setup in accordance with SOPs.
- Monitor flight progress, manage radios and navigation as assigned, and maintain exemplary situational awareness.
- Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with discipline and strong CRM.
- Champion a safety-first culture and strict regulatory compliance at all times.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: UK CAA Frozen ATPL(A) or MPL with valid IR and ME.
- Type rating: Current Airbus A320 Family type rating.
- Multi-engine time: Minimum 100 hours.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher.
- Right to work: Visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.
Applications with non-UK CAA licences cannot be considered.
