Airbus A320 First Officer – Type-Rated

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate as First Officer on the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent CRM, clear communication, and teamwork across all phases of flight.
• Champion a safety-first mindset, applying threat and error management and robust situational awareness.
• Perform thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and post-flight reporting and debriefs.
• Support operational efficiency, on-time performance, and professional cockpit discipline.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• Currency: Minimum of 200 flight hours flown within the last 12 months
• Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family type rating
• License required: CPL, IR, ME
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: ICAO ELP 4 or higher
• Background: Clean criminal record
