🧭 Your mission

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and punctual operations, from meticulous preflight preparation through to secure shutdown at stand.

  • Partner with the Captain to execute all phases of flight to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Plan and brief each sector, monitoring performance, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs to maintain operational excellence.
  • Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, CRM best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with calm, professional airmanship.
  • Contribute to a positive, just culture focused on continuous improvement and customer care.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 750 hours
  • In type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • Type rating: A320 family required
  • Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Right to work: Able to work without employer visa sponsorship
