- Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, situational awareness, and CRM.
- Prepare and execute each sector with meticulous briefings and fuel/performance planning.
- Proactively support a just culture and continuous improvement mindset.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Airbus A320 Family required
- Hours on type: 1000+ hours on A320 family
- Currency: Last flight on type within the past six months
- Licence: EASA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
- Open to licence holders: EASA
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
