🧭 Your mission
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate to the highest professional standards, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations while providing exceptional service to our passengers.
- Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies.
- Execute all phases of flight with strong CRM, situational awareness, and disciplined checklist use.
- Support the Captain in decision-making, performance calculations, and operational coordination.
- Participate actively in briefings, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional communication in English and Spanish with crew, ATC, and ground teams.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 2
- Total Time: 250 hours minimum
- Type Rating: Not required — A320 training provided (NTR)
- Preferred Time: A320 capacity experience
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Passport: Valid passport required
- US Visa: Valid US tourist visa required
- Open to License Holders: AAC
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
