Global Airways Lithuania is a worldwide ACMI operator seeking experienced Captains to command A320 family aircraft across dynamic, seasonal operations. This position is with Global Airways Lithuania and is not associated with Global Airways South Africa or LIFT. Prior applicants to Global Airways South Africa are welcome to apply.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Rotation: 6–8 weeks on / 3–4 weeks off
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Licences accepted: EASA, SACAA
  • Licence level: ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4+
  • Visa sponsorship: Provided

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Direct Entry Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient operations for our global airline partners under ACMI contracts. You’ll thrive in varied environments, manage diverse crews, and deliver on-time performance while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards. Non‑type‑rated Captains are welcome—A320 family training is provided to successful candidates.

🧭 Where You’ll Fly

Our seasonal operations are primarily conducted in Northern Hemisphere countries and selected Southern Hemisphere deployments, including:

  • Turkey
  • Greece
  • Armenia
  • Moldova
  • Czechia
  • South Africa

Expect a rotational lifestyle: 6–8 weeks on assignment followed by 3–4 weeks off.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Command experience: Minimum 3,000 hours as PIC on aircraft heavier than 20 tonnes MTOW
  • Licence: Unrestricted ATPL (EASA or SACAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required; A320 family training provided post‑selection
  • Proven leadership, decision‑making, and crew management in multi‑cultural, high‑tempo operations
  • Flexibility to travel and operate globally on rotational assignments
