Step into command with Vietnam’s first “resort-in-the-sky” airline, developed by Sun Group. Sun PhuQuoc Airways is expanding across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East, and we’re inviting experienced A320 Captains to lead our international operations from 2026.

  • Base: Phu Quoc, Vietnam (with Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City options)
  • Start: Network expansion commencing 2026
  • Visa sponsorship: Provided
  • License required: ATPL
  • Roster: 5/1 or 9/2

Command A320 services on scheduled long-haul and regional routes, delivering a premium, resort-inspired onboard experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping our growing international network while enjoying an excellent work-life balance in one of Asia’s fastest-growing aviation markets.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate A320 aircraft on scheduled international and regional routes across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East.
  • Assume command responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Lead effective crew briefings, pre-flight inspections, and decision-making under SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply best-practice Crew Resource Management and oversee end-to-end flight operations.
  • Grow with us—potential upgrade to Instructor (TRI/TRE) after 6 months.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 4,500 hours on multi-crew airplanes.
  • Minimum 1,500 total PIC hours.
  • Minimum 1,500 hours on A320, including 500 PIC hours on A320.
  • Last A320 PIC flight within 12 months (preferred).
  • Valid EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL with instrument rating on A320.
  • ICAO English Level 4+ and a valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Eligibility to work in Vietnam with full visa sponsorship and work permit support.
