✈️ The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity through our group company, Fly Jinnah. As a Direct Entry A320 Captain, you’ll lead safe and efficient operations while upholding the highest standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a fixed-term 2-year contract with the possibility of renewal.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command A320 family operations in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices.
  • Exercise sound judgement, decisive leadership, and effective crew resource management across all phases of flight.
  • Champion flight safety and contribute to QA, security, and audit initiatives affecting Flight Operations.
  • Implement approved policies, procedures, and manuals with precision and consistency.
  • Drive cost-conscious decision-making without compromising safety or operational integrity.
  • Maintain high accuracy and meticulous attention to both results and details.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours minimum
  • PIC on Type: 800 hours on A320 family
  • Type Rating: Current A320 family required
  • License: ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Acceptable industry knowledge of A320 aircraft systems and operating procedures.
  • Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures related to Flight Operations.
  • Capability to implement policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
  • Cost-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to both results and details.
  • Ability to successfully pass the airline’s technical/psychometric assessment per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
