✈️ Lead the Line as an A320neo Captain
Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced, safety-focused A320neo Captains to join our growing team at our Germany bases in Nuremberg, Leipzig, and Hamburg. In this permanent role, you will set the standard for operational excellence, passenger comfort, and crew leadership across our modern A320 family fleet.
🧭 Your mission
- Command commercial flights on the A320neo, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead a high-performing flight deck, fostering effective communication and collaboration with all crew members.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, fuel and payload management, and real-time decision-making under SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a calm, customer-centric experience while maintaining on-time performance and operational efficiency.
- Champion Marabu’s safety culture through disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop First Officers, supporting a positive, learning-focused cockpit environment.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 2,000 hours
- PIC on type: 500 hours (A320 family)
- Time on type: 1,000 hours (A320 family)
- Type rating: Current A320 family type rating
- License: EASA ATPL (Frozen) with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Work authorization: Ability to live and work where based; visa sponsorship is not provided
