As a Captain at Sirio, you will lead every flight with precision, poise and premium service. Beyond technical excellence and uncompromising safety, you will deliver a concierge-level experience to our passengers—seamlessly transitioning from professional aviator to in-flight host, and representing the Sirio and Flexjet standards on every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain the Global Express across European and intercontinental routes with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance and passenger comfort.
- Deliver a world-class, concierge-level cabin experience—anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and ensuring a refined, discreet service standard.
- Lead and mentor the crew; coordinate seamlessly with flight operations, maintenance, scheduling, ground handlers and FBOs.
- Uphold all applicable EASA regulations, company SOPs, MEL and SMS protocols.
- Exercise sound judgement in flight planning and decision-making, factoring weather, performance, and operational constraints.
- Represent Sirio with a polished, well‑groomed appearance and consistently professional conduct.

- Working knowledge of all applicable EASA regulations.
- Strong organisational skills and advanced multi‑tasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy with word processing, email and web‑based applications.
- Passionate attention to detail; collaborative, team‑focused mindset.
- Valid passport; ability to travel in and out of Europe and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays and overnight trips.
- Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK.
🧾 Minimum flight and certification requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 500 hours
- PIC Under Supervision (PICUS): 500 hours
- Multi‑Pilot Instrument Time: 250 hours
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Type rating: Current and valid on Global Express
🌟 Preferred
- UK CAA ATPL and Class 1 Medical (desirable, not mandatory).
- Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and Corporate operations.
🧪 Training & onboarding
Employment is conditional upon successful completion of initial training, including type rating training/validation and standardisation on the assigned fleet.
