Step into the left seat as a Turboprop Captain and take final authority for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a versatile multi-aircraft fleet. You’ll lead mission planning and execution, guide the crew, manage operational risk, and make sound real-time decisions—all while championing our Safety Management System (SMS) and a culture where safety is a core value. Type rating not required; comprehensive training is provided.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command with final authority for safe aircraft operation on every mission.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and routing.
  • Lead and coordinate the crew, fostering clear communication and teamwork from briefing to debrief.
  • Apply operational risk management and sound judgment for real-time decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with CFR 14 Parts 91/135/121, company policies/procedures, and the SMS.
  • Continuously promote a safety-first culture and lead by example.
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and changing conditions; adjust plans and maintain contingencies.
  • Complete accurate logs, reports, and required documentation promptly.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 750 hours
  • Pilot-in-command experience: 1+ years operating under CFR 14 Part 91, 135, or 121
  • License: FAA CPL
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Flight Instructor credentials: CFI, CFII, and/or MEI
  • 1+ years as a certified instrument and/or multiengine instructor
  • Aerial survey experience
  • Experience in King Air 200, Cessna Conquest II, or Cessna Caravan
  • Pressurized turbine aircraft experience
  • Multiengine experience
  • Remote flying experience in Alaska or similar environments
