🧰 What You’ll Do

• Execute demanding tactical flight operations across training, adversary air, R&D, test and evaluation, and specialized missions.
• Maintain all required qualifications, medical certifications, training, and currency for assigned aircraft and missions.
• Contribute to flight operations, standardization and evaluation, instructor development, and safety programs.
• Support program management, business development, customer relations, and training system development.
• Advance strategic growth initiatives, new aircraft programs, and, as appropriate, executive leadership efforts.
• Mentor personnel, model sound judgment, and drive continuous improvement in people, programs, standards, and systems.
• Operate safely in aircraft, hangar, ramp, and flight-line environments; perform other duties as assigned.

🌟 What You Bring (Required)

• Former military pilot with tactical aviation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, ownership, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to support demanding tactical flight operations while contributing to broader organizational priorities.
• Compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable federal aviation and defense regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to mentor and collaborate across departments.
• Full-time availability, including travel and irregular hours as operationally necessary (evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights).
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances, installation access, and airport credentials.
• Meets medical and physical standards for assigned flight duties; able to safely enter and operate assigned aircraft and equipment.
• Lawfully eligible to work in the United States; able to complete an I-9 Form.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to satisfy company driving, background, security, medical, and access requirements.

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Fighter, attack, adversary air, close air support, flight test, developmental test, operational test, or advanced flight training experience.
• Military instructor pilot, evaluator pilot, flight lead, mission commander, test pilot, weapons officer, or aviation leadership background.
• Experience building teams, developing people, improving organizations, or creating aviation capabilities and programs.
• Background in standardization and evaluation, safety, program management, business development, customer relations, or training system development.
• Strengths in strategic thinking, curiosity, emotional intelligence, customer focus, operational excellence, humble team-first leadership, continuous learning, independent problem-solving, and turning ideas into practical results.

🧭 Work Environment & Conditions

• Aircraft, hangar, ramp, and flight-line environments with loud noise, fumes, varying weather, and other operational hazards.
• Travel and irregular schedules may be required based on mission demands.
