🧭 The mission
As Captain, you will operate a turbo-prop aircraft in strict accordance with UK CAA, FAA, and EASA policies and Aviation Operations Europe Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will own end-to-end mission execution—from flight planning and pre-flight inspection to in-flight decision-making and post-flight reporting—coordinating closely with company site leads, dispatch, maintenance, and aircrew.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Super King Air missions throughout the UK, EU, and globally.
- Lead comprehensive flight planning: performance, fuel and alternates, NOTAMs, weather, and risk assessment.
- Conduct thorough aircraft pre-flight and post-flight checks in line with company SOPs.
- Operate to the highest safety standards while adhering to UK CAA/FAA/EASA regulations.
- Apply exemplary CRM/TEM in multi-crew, night, and cross-country operations.
- Coordinate with site leads and aircrew to deliver reliable, on-time mission outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous operational documentation and compliance records.

- Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
- Proven PIC leadership, sound judgement, and a safety-first mindset.
- Clear communication and strong crew resource management skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and deploy worldwide as mission needs require.
- Legal right to work and travel freely within both the UK and the EU, plus a valid passport.
📏 Minimum flight & licensing requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Turbine PIC: 500 hours
- Night: Minimum 200 hours
- Cross-country: Minimum 500 hours
- Licences: CPL, IR, ME
- Authority: UK CAA, FAA, or EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
NTR: A current BE300/1900 type rating is not required — successful candidates will receive type training.

- Valid FAA BE300 type rating
- Valid UK or EASA BE300/1900 type rating
- Commercial, special missions, or ISR experience
🌍 Travel, location & compliance
- Operating region: Across the UK and European Union, with global deployments as required by mission contracts.
- Passport: Must possess and maintain a valid passport for worldwide travel.
- Regulatory compliance: Operate and report in accordance with UK CAA, FAA, and EASA policies and company SOPs.
