🧭 The mission
As Captain, you will take full command of day-to-day Super King Air operations, ensuring safety, compliance, punctuality, and an excellent customer experience within an AOC environment.
- Exercise full command on the Super King Air, delivering precise, professional flights across the UK and Europe.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards, actively applying risk management and TEM principles.
- Lead, brief, and support crew effectively; foster a calm, communicative, customer-focused cockpit culture.
- Adapt to dynamic operational demands and evolving rosters while maintaining consistently high personal standards.
- Use basic IT systems and MS Office to complete flight records, operational reporting, and compliance documentation.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- Time in Type: 500 hours on Super King Air
- Type Rating: Required (current)
- Command: Successfully completed a Command assessment
- Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 2
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work in the UK)
📍 Base & rostering
- Home Base: Bournemouth and/or Bristol
- Relocation: Must reside within 60 minutes of base
- Rostering: Flexibility required to support a smooth, day-to-day operation
