✈️ The mission

Deliver safe, efficient, and consistent skydive lift operations in the GA8 Airvan, ensuring every load gets a smooth climb, an accurate run-in, and a safe return.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Conduct safe skydiving flight operations on the GA8 Airvan in accordance with DGCA regulations and company SOPs.
• Plan and brief each sortie; manage weight and balance, weather considerations, drop altitudes, and run-in headings.
• Coordinate closely with the ground and skydive team for efficient turnarounds and accurate spotting.
• Exercise sound judgment, maintain situational awareness, and care for the aircraft before, between, and after sorties.

🌟 What you bring

• Valid DGCA CPL (work experience preferred).
• Valid DGCA Class 1 medical.
• Safety-first mindset, clear communication, and calm, professional airmanship.
• Multi-tasking approach and willingness to add value beyond the cockpit to support operations.
