Senior Jet Captain – Multi‑Type Rated, Corporate Fleet

✈️ The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Captain to operate multiple corporate jet types at the highest level of professionalism. You’ll set the tone for safety, compliance, and service while mentoring fellow crew members and ensuring every trip runs with precision.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to flight standards on every mission.
• Lead cockpit and cabin coordination, execute thorough preflight planning, and make sound operational decisions in dynamic environments.
• Assign and review work, train flight department personnel, and contribute to performance appraisals; you will not participate in hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions.
• Provide in‑depth expertise related to The Home Depot’s services for policies and procedures within the relevant functional area.
• Apply proven theories and principles of discipline to coaching, standards enforcement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with scheduling, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize aircraft readiness and passenger experience.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and meticulous records across multiple type ratings.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 5,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
• Jet Time: 3,000 hours
• Type Ratings: Type‑rated in at least two corporate jet aircraft (required)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years as a professional jet pilot with a demonstrated record of adherence to aviation safety and flight standards
• License: FAA ATP (valid and current)
• Medical: First Class

• Comfort leading without direct authority; able to coach, set expectations, and uphold standards within policy.
• Availability for frequent overnights; travel exceeds 50% of the time.
