🧭 Your mission
As a Senior First Officer, you’ll operate safely and efficiently within a high-performance flight deck, demonstrating leadership that sets you up for a seamless transition to command.
- Execute E-Jet operations to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead by example in CRM, decision-making, and situational awareness.
- Drive on-time performance through meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver an outstanding passenger experience.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a strong, team-focused cockpit culture.
- Prepare proactively for upgrade by embracing training, SOP excellence, and continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Licence: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Flight time: Minimum 3,000 hours in airline operations (Part 121)
- Experience: At least 3 years as a First Officer in airline operations
- Type Rating: Not required (NTR) — willingness to complete Embraer E-Jet training provided
- Language: Excellent knowledge of Italian; non-native speakers must demonstrate at least B2 level
- Work authorization: EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
- Passport: Passport with unlimited validity; if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport
- Attributes: Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
