🧭 Your mission
As a Senior First Officer on the Boeing 747, you will partner with the Captain to execute complex international operations with precision and professionalism.
- Operate the B747 in strict accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead thorough pre-flight planning, including performance, fuel, MEL, weather, and NOTAM reviews.
- Manage departures, en‑route, oceanic, and long‑range procedures with exemplary situational awareness.
- Apply robust CRM and threat/error management to ensure safety and efficiency at every stage.
- Support and mentor the flight deck and cabin team to maintain a positive safety culture.
- Maintain currency through recurrent training, checking, and continuous professional development.
🧰 What you bring
- Total time: 1500 hours
- In type (B747): 1000 hours
- Type rating: Required (current B747 or equivalent Boeing type)
- Flight time notes: 1500 hours on aircraft types that satisfy ZFTT. These hours must include B747 or an equivalent Boeing aircraft with a valid type rating, flown within the last 12 months.
- License required: ATPL — UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted worldwide travel passport
