✈️ The Opportunity
Operate state-of-the-art Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft as a trusted Senior First Officer. You will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations, upholding SOPs and the highest standards of airmanship across all phases of flight.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead pre-flight planning and performance calculations, ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
- Execute gate-to-gate operations to SOPs, applying robust Threat and Error Management and sound decision-making.
- Maintain exemplary CRM, communication, and workload management in a multi-crew environment.
- Monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, managing automation and raw-data handling as required.
- Support abnormal and emergency procedures with calm, coordinated responses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through debriefs, safety reporting, and high-quality logkeeping.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Experience: A minimum of 3,000 hours of flight time on a multi-pilot turbojet or multi-pilot turboprop aeroplane having either a maximum take-off mass of not less than 10 tonnes or a certificated passenger seating configuration of more than 19 passengers.
- Airbus currency: Current and qualified on the A320, A330, A350, or A380.
- Licence: Valid ATPL issued by the UK CAA.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 medical.
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
- Right to work: Ability to live and work without employer visa sponsorship (not provided).
