As a Senior First Officer, you will operate the Airbus A320 family across a range of routes, partnering closely with the Captain and wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused flights. You’ll bring strong situational awareness, clarity in high-workload phases, and a collaborative mindset that elevates Crew Resource Management and decision-making on every sector.

- Execute PF/PM duties to the highest standard, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead clear, transparent communications with the Captain, cabin crew, and operations for smooth turnarounds.
- Apply sound judgement and quick thinking in dynamic, time-critical situations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, fuel and performance checks, and effective TEM.
- Champion safety culture, checklist discipline, and procedural integrity in all phases of flight.
- Model professionalism, mentoring junior crew where appropriate and fostering strong teamwork.

- In-type hours: 2,500+ on the Airbus A320 family
- Type rating: Current and valid A320 family rating
- License: ATPL; open to CAAV license holders
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 (minimum)
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
