Take command of Brunswick’s corporate aircraft and set the standard for safety, professionalism, and exceptional service. As a Senior Captain, you will operate Falcon business jets for executive travel, mentor developing pilots, and help shape a world-class corporate flight operation.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and professional operation of Brunswick aircraft across pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight duties.
  • Deliver a refined onboard experience for executives and clients, balancing service excellence with strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance.
  • Exercise sound judgment and exceptional situational awareness in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Mentor and coach junior pilots; contribute to training, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and leadership to optimize reliability, safety, and schedule integrity.
  • Uphold rigorous standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

📋 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
  • In Type: 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Falcon series strongly preferred (2000EASy, 6X, 7X/8X) or comparable large-cabin jet
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1

🌍 Preferred Experience

  • International operations experience with strong familiarity in oceanic procedures (e.g., NAT HLA, CPDLC, RNP).
  • Demonstrated excellence operating Falcon aircraft or equivalent large-cabin business jets.

🕒 Schedule & Travel

  • Frequent domestic and international travel, including overnights and extended trips.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
