  • Licences: CPL, Float Rating, IR
  • Open to Licence Holders: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: ELP Level 5

🧭 The mission

Command safe, efficient amphibious operations while setting the standard for airmanship, judgment, and crew leadership.

  • Captain the C208B Grand Caravan Amphibian on both water and runway operations, maintaining uncompromising safety and SOP compliance.
  • Plan and execute flights under VFR/IFR as required, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
  • Conduct high-quality water handling, including docking, step taxi, glassy-water techniques, and confined-area operations.
  • Lead crew coordination, apply CRM best practices, and contribute to a proactive safety culture and SMS.
  • Represent the operation with professionalism in varied environments and changing conditions.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current, valid C208 type experience with last flight on type within 12 months.
  • 2,000+ hours total time and 500+ hours PIC on type.
  • 1,000+ seaplane flight hours; commercial seaplane experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated C208 Amphibian proficiency; amphibious-specific experience is mandatory.
  • CPL, Float Rating, and IR; ICAO Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
  • Exceptional decision-making, situational awareness, and adherence to SOPs and checklists.
