🧭 The role
As Captain on our Airbus A320 fleet, you will lead the flight deck, make sound, timely decisions, and champion a strong safety culture. You’ll set the tone for teamwork, communicate with clarity and respect, and manage complex operations with calm professionalism.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Exercise command of A320 operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on‑time performance.
- Lead effective crew resource management and foster open, respectful communication on every sector.
- Plan and execute flights using a structured, analytical approach to operational decision‑making.
- Manage irregular operations and high‑pressure scenarios with sound judgment and initiative.
- Coach and mentor flight crew to continually raise operational standards.

🔎 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours on CAT in aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes.
- PIC time: Minimum 1,000 hours.
- PIC experience pathway (meet one):
- 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 40 tonnes; or
- 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).
- License: EASA ATPL.
- Medical: Class 1.
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
All experience should be logbook‑verifiable.
