Pilot in Command (PIC), Citation XLS/XLS+ — Tulsa, OK

✈️ The Mission

As the PIC on the Citation XLS/XLS+, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft. You’ll prepare, execute, and close out flights while leading with sound judgment and clear communication, representing Jet Linx’s core values at every turn.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Captain Citation XLS/XLS+ flights in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Report to the Base Chief Pilot; manage duty, flight, and rest times in line with company requirements and CFRs.
• Maintain consistent communication on standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre-/post-flight reports.
• Manage and maintain EFB hardware/apps; keep navigation charts, publications, and company manuals current.
• Exercise proactive, safety-first decision-making in dynamic operational environments.
• Maintain a current first-class medical and all required qualifications at all times.
• Support operations that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; respond within a two-hour call-out window.

• Total Time: 3,500+ hours
• PIC Time: 2,000+ hours
• In Type: 250+ hours total in Citation XLS/XLS+, including 250+ PIC in type
• Multi-Engine: 1,500+ hours (500+ multi PIC)
• Turbine: 500+ hours
• Instrument: 300+ hours
• Training: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months (preferred)
• Certificates & Docs: ATP (unrestricted) or ability to obtain prior to start, First-Class Medical, FCC Restricted Radio License, valid passport
• Eligibility: Proof of U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
• Background & Compliance: Pass pre-employment drug screening; participate in random drug/alcohol testing as required
• Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries
• Records: Authorize and pass an FAA Pilot Records Database review with a System Chief Pilot
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Physical: Comfortable working around aircraft/terminals; frequently move up to 50 lbs
