Cadet Pilot – Seniority Track (NTR)

🧭 Role overview

As a Cadet Pilot, you will progress through a competency-based training program, building experience toward multi-crew line flying. You will train to company and regulatory standards, demonstrate strong airmanship, and contribute to a safety-first culture.

• Train toward fleet assignment determined by seniority.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety management principles.
• Develop leadership, communication, and crew resource management skills.
• Represent the airline with professionalism on the ground and in the air.

🧰 Minimum flight/licensing requirements

• Total time: 240 hours
• Multi‑engine: 25 hours
• License required: CPL with ME
• Accepted license authority: GACA (KSA)
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

🌟 Education

• High‑school degree in Science with a minimum score of 80%. If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA 2.75/4.00 or 3.75/5.00 (or equivalent). If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.

🧾 Additional requirements

• Valid GACA AIP test score of at least 80%.
• Must not have been terminated from any SAUDIA Group training program (including Saudia Airline or any SBU/company).
• Valid Saudi National ID and Passport.
• NTR applicants welcome.
