Launch your airline career on a structured seniority pathway. This permanent, NTR opportunity welcomes motivated cadets ready to train toward fleet assignment based on seniority, uphold the highest safety standards, and grow into line operations.
🧭 Role overview
As a Cadet Pilot, you will progress through a competency-based training program, building experience toward multi-crew line flying. You will train to company and regulatory standards, demonstrate strong airmanship, and contribute to a safety-first culture.
- Train toward fleet assignment determined by seniority.
- Adhere to SOPs and safety management principles.
- Develop leadership, communication, and crew resource management skills.
- Represent the airline with professionalism on the ground and in the air.
🧰 Minimum flight/licensing requirements
- Total time: 240 hours
- Multi‑engine: 25 hours
- License required: CPL with ME
- Accepted license authority: GACA (KSA)
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🌟 Education
- High‑school degree in Science with a minimum score of 80%. If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA 2.75/4.00 or 3.75/5.00 (or equivalent). If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.
🧾 Additional requirements
- Valid GACA AIP test score of at least 80%.
- Must not have been terminated from any SAUDIA Group training program (including Saudia Airline or any SBU/company).
- Valid Saudi National ID and Passport.
- NTR applicants welcome.
