Pilot Cadet — Aircraft Assignment by Seniority

✈️ About the Cadet Pathway

This is a structured airline cadet opportunity for motivated aviators who meet the foundational hour requirements and hold a valid GACA license. You’ll progress through ground school, simulator phases, and line training. Upon successful qualification, aircraft assignment will be determined by seniority, aligning your progression with operational needs and performance.

🧭 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total Time: 240 hours minimum
• Multi-Engine: 25 hours minimum

🧰 Licenses, Medical & Language

• License Required: CPL with ME
• Accepted Licenses: GACA only
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🎓 Education & Eligibility

• High School: Science track with 80% or above
  — If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s: Science, Engineering, or related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75/4 or 3.75/5 (or equivalent)
  — If obtained outside the Kingdom, Ministry of Education attestation is required.
• Nationality ID: Valid Saudi National ID
• Passport: Valid passport

📌 Additional Requirements

• GACA AIP Test: Valid result with a minimum score of 80%
• Training History: Applicant must never have been terminated from any Saudia Airlines training program or any SBU/company under the SAUDIA Group

🌟 What You Will Do

• Complete airline ground school, simulator training, and line training to company standards
• Uphold the highest safety, SOP, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Demonstrate strong CRM, communication, and decision-making under supervision
• Prepare for aircraft assignment determined by seniority upon qualification

🧾 What to Prepare

• IDs: Saudi National ID and Passport
• Licenses & Medical: GACA CPL/ME, Medical Class 1, ICAO ELP proof
• Test Result: GACA AIP score report (≥ 80%)
• Education: Official transcripts and, if applicable, Ministry of Education attestation
• Logbook: Evidence of total and multi-engine hours as required
