Pilatus PC-24 First Officer — Lugano Area

Join a high-performance operation as First Officer on the Swiss-built PC-24, the Super Versatile Jet. You will fly multicrew commercial missions, uphold exacting safety and service standards, and grow on type with structured training and mentorship.

🧰 What you will do

• Operate as SIC alongside the Captain, executing SOPs and checklists to the highest standard.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, fuel, NOTAMs, and aircraft status.
• Deliver a seamless, discreet passenger experience aligned with premium business aviation expectations.
• Apply strong CRM, TEM, and decision-making in dynamic, time-sensitive operations.
• Contribute to safety reporting, continuous improvement, and compliance within the SMS framework.
• Represent the company professionally during all interactions on the ramp and in the cabin.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1500 hours
• Experience: Commercial multicrew operations
• Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL, IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
• Accepted licences: EASA
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
• Residency: Must reside within 1 hour of Lugano before contract signature
• Visas: No restrictions for US and Russian crew visas
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship not provided

Priority will be given to pilots currently type-rated on the PC-24.

🎯 Training & development

Non-type-rated candidates are encouraged to apply. Successful hires will receive type training on the Pilatus PC-24, followed by monitored line experience and ongoing proficiency checks to support rapid, safe integration into operations.

📍 Base & lifestyle

To ensure reliable roster coverage and rapid dispatch, this role requires you to live within an hour of Lugano, Switzerland. Expect a varied flying program across Europe and beyond, combining precision, flexibility, and premium client service.
