🧭 The Mission

Own the left seat and deliver safe, efficient, and refined PC-12 operations. You’ll balance disciplined airmanship and meticulous compliance with warm, guest-forward service across both owner and charter missions.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC on the Pilatus PC-12 for Part 91 owner flights and Part 135 charter operations.
• Drive the full trip lifecycle: weather/NOTAM review, performance and W&B, fuel strategy, routing, and risk assessments.
• Execute each leg in strict compliance with regulations, the GOM, and SOPs—setting the standard for checklist discipline and CRM.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance to ensure airworthiness, MEL/CDL management, and on-time departures.
• Provide attentive, discreet service—anticipating needs and representing the company with professionalism at every touchpoint.
• Maintain all currency, training, and checking requirements in type and under Part 135.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, contributing to continuous improvement and just-culture reporting.
