🧭 The role
- Operate the Boeing 737 MAX in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best‑practice safety standards.
- Partner with the Captain to deliver precise, timely decision‑making and effective CRM throughout all flight phases.
- Manage flight planning inputs, performance, fuel, and navigation data; program and monitor the FMS.
- Lead clear, concise ATC communications and support robust threat and error management.
- Champion teamwork, workload management, and task sharing to maintain high situational awareness.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- PIC time: Minimum 70 hours.
- Type Rating: Not required — full Boeing 737 MAX training provided.
- Eligibility: Must hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport.
- Records: No criminal record and no incident record.
- Health: Yellow fever vaccination.
- Selection: Successful completion of company selection screening (details shared individually).
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
