Take command of a proven turboprop across Canada’s northern and remote regions. As a Pilatus PC-12 Captain, you’ll execute challenging single-pilot operations, deliver for customers in demanding environments, and set the standard for safety and professionalism. No type rating required—full training provided.
🧭 The Mission
Operate the Pilatus PC-12 in varied conditions across northern and remote Canadian airfields. You’ll uphold company SOPs, CARs, and customer standards while delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service.
- Single-pilot IFR/VFR, day/night, year-round operations.
- Thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
- Cold-weather and icing operations, short/remote strip proficiency.
- Strict adherence to SMS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and customers to ensure on-time, safe missions.
🧰 What You Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of northern flying operations and remote logistics.
- Sound judgment, TEM/CRM skills, and calm decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Customer-focused communication and a professional, safety-first mindset.
- Ability to obtain a RAIC through Transport Canada.
- Current passport enabling travel to the USA and legal entitlement to immediately work in Canada.
- Ability to meet customer-specific standards and security requirements.
🌟 Minimum Flight & Licensing Requirements
- Total Time: 1500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- License Required: ATPL
- Open to License Holders: TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP Level: 4
🧩 Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Must have a current and valid passport for travel to the USA and be legally entitled to immediately work in Canada.
- Must meet requirements established by customer standards.
- As this is a Safety Sensitive Position, selected candidate(s) must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
🎓 Training & Onboarding
Type rating not required—comprehensive PC-12 training and recurrent checks provided. From induction to line ops, you’ll be supported by robust SOPs and a safety management system aligned with Transport Canada and customer requirements.
