✈️ The opportunity

As a PC‑12 Captain, you will operate into diverse and sometimes remote northern destinations, executing safe, efficient flights while upholding rigorous customer standards. You’ll play a key role in flight planning, risk assessment, and decision‑making, representing a safety‑first culture on every sector.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain the Pilatus PC‑12 in alignment with company SOPs, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews with a northern operations mindset.
  • Exercise sound airmanship and operational judgement in variable conditions and remote environments.
  • Ensure disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and continuous safety monitoring.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to maintain schedule integrity and service quality.
  • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service while safeguarding safety and compliance at all times.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License required: ATPL
  • Open to licence holders: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher

📋 Additional requirements

  • Current, valid passport for travel to the USA and legal entitlement to immediately work in Canada.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada RAIC.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of northern flying operations.
  • Must meet requirements established by customer standards.
  • As a safety‑sensitive position, candidates must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
