  • Residence: Must live in, or within two hours of, SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS. Candidates in LAS are highly preferred.

🧭 Your Mission

  • Serve as Second-in-Command on GIV/G350/G400/G450 aircraft for long-haul, overwater, and international operations.
  • Lead meticulous flight preparation: performance planning, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and international routing.
  • Execute SOPs and checklists with precision; uphold the highest safety, regulatory, and company standards at all times.
  • Deliver discreet, anticipatory service to high-profile guests, maintaining absolute confidentiality.
  • Practice exemplary CRM and threat/error management; foster a calm, professional cockpit culture.
  • Support post-flight duties including debriefs, flight logs, and documentation.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Total Time: 2,500+ hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500+ hours
  • International Experience: Prior overwater, long-haul, international missions (required)
  • Licensing: FAA CPL with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • FCC Permit: Active
  • Passport & Travel: Valid passport; able to fly internationally without restrictions
  • Service Excellence: Proven, prestigious guest service with high-profile clients; unwavering discretion and confidentiality
  • Type Rating: NTR candidates welcome; training provided
  • Residency: Within two hours of the listed airports; LAS preferred
  • Health: Willing to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements where permitted

🌟 Preferred

  • Current type rating on the Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 series (highly desired).
