🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command for FAR Part 135/91 flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance and weight-and-balance, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, alternates, and risk assessments.
- Exercise sound judgment and exceptional CRM, fostering clear communication with crew, owners, clients, and operations.
- Adhere to company manuals, OpsSpecs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; conduct thorough preflight and postflight procedures.
- Deliver a refined, client-first experience—protecting confidentiality and representing Jet Access with a professional appearance at all times.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and vendors; oversee trip logistics including ground transportation as required.
- Complete accurate flight, duty, and maintenance logs; manage expenses and postflight reporting promptly.
- Maintain required currency and training, participating in initial/recurrent training as scheduled.

- Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- PIC Time: 1,500+ hours
- PIC in Type (EMB‑505): 250+ hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500+ hours
- Turbine PIC: 250+ hours
- Type Rating: Current EMB‑505 (training confirmation within the last 12 months)
- Currency: Initial or recurrent training in type completed within the preceding 12 months
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
- Valid state driver’s license and valid passport (ground transportation responsibilities and international operations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professional appearance and conduct in all client and owner interactions.

- Willingness to travel frequently; domestic and international trips are standard.
