Phenom 100 First Officer – Salt Lake City (SLC)

🧭 Your Mission

As a First Officer on the Embraer Phenom 100, you’ll support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and exemplary operations. You’ll bring sharp situational awareness, crisp communication, and strong CRM to every leg—whether threading mountain corridors or cruising above weather—while providing a refined passenger experience.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations, supporting the Captain in the Phenom 100.
• Collaborate on flight planning, performance, fuel, and W&B; conduct precise preflight and postflight inspections.
• Manage avionics and navigation, monitor systems, and maintain instrument proficiency across diverse weather and terrain.
• Deliver outstanding passenger care, ensuring comfort, discretion, and professionalism throughout the journey.
• Uphold a strong safety culture—apply SOPs, checklist discipline, and risk management on every flight.
• Maintain currency, training, and documentation to company and regulatory standards.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 1,000 hours (or 950 hours if currently employed as an active CFI)
• Multi-Engine: 50 hours
• Instrument: 50 hours
• Cross-Country: 150 hours
• Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided

🧾 Additional Requirements

• Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Travel Docs: Valid passport and driver’s license
• Security: Must pass TSA background checks and obtain a SIDA badge when applicable
• Base Commitment: Reside within 1 hour of SLC or relocate within 2 months of hire; commuting is not an option
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided

🎯 Preferred

• Prior Part 135 experience
• Strong CRM and customer-service mindset in a corporate/charter environment
• Mountain and winter operations familiarity
