🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,800 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Jet Time: 250 hours
  • Instrument Time: 200 hours
  • License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • NTR: Yes — type rating provided

🧰 Certifications & Clearances

  • FCC Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Passport: Valid passport
  • Driver’s License: Valid US driver’s license
  • Security: Able to pass TSA background checks and obtain a SIDA badge, when applicable

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Aircraft: Time on the Phenom 100
  • Operations: Prior Part 135 experience

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as PIC, executing safe, compliant operations under applicable regulations (Part 91/135 as assigned).
  • Plan and conduct flights: weather analysis, fuel and performance planning, weight and balance, and route selection.
  • Lead crew coordination and CRM, ensuring clear communication and decisive leadership.
  • Adhere to SOPs, checklists, and company policies; maintain high standards of airmanship and professionalism.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience with discretion, adaptability, and service-minded attention.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/ops and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and timely departures.
  • Maintain currency, training, and records to company and regulatory standards.
