✈️ The Role

The First Officer/SIC supports the Pilot in Command across all phases of flight to ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You will operate in alignment with company policies, industry standards, and FARs, actively monitoring aircraft systems, coordinating with flight services, and maintaining a professional cabin experience. Travel may include extended periods as required by the schedule.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Pilot in Command to plan, brief, and execute flights safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor performance and aircraft systems; manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures using checklists.
  • Communicate promptly with flight services and ground personnel to maintain operational awareness.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and FARs.
  • Apply strong CRM practices for a collaborative, safety-focused cockpit.
  • Deliver courteous, professional service to passengers throughout the journey.
  • Maintain accurate operational and aircraft records; report discrepancies promptly.

  • Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations procedures.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and flight management systems.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel, including extended periods as required.
  • High level of professionalism, safety awareness, and customer service.

🌟 Minimums & Preferred Experience

  • Total Time: Minimum 1,000 hours (competitive range 1,000–2,500 hours)
  • Multi-Engine: 100 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required; PC-12 training provided (NTR)
  • Preferred: Turbine experience
  • Licensing: FAA CPL, IR, and ME
  • Medical: Current FAA Class 1
  • Eligibility: Open to FAA license holders only (Visa sponsorship not available)
