🧭 The opportunity
As a PC-12 Captain, you will command single-engine turboprop operations across geographically remote regions of Canada. You will lead with a safety-first mindset, navigate complex weather, and uphold regulatory compliance while representing the brand with professionalism and care.
🧰 What you will do
- Plan and execute IFR flights in remote and variable weather environments with disciplined risk management.
- Ensure full compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations and Standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management for challenging strips.
- Deliver exceptional passenger care and communicate clearly with operations, maintenance, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate flight, training, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate cross-border flights as required; ensure eligibility to enter the United States.
- Champion a strong safety culture through continuous learning and recurrent training.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- Pilot-in-command (PIC): 500 hours
- In type (PC-12): 100 hours
- Turbine time: 500 hours
- Type rating: Required (PC-12)
- Flight time notes: 500 hours PIC on turboprop or turbojet aircraft; 2 years operating in instrument conditions
- Licence: ATPL – TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4
🧭 Additional requirements
- Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of operations in geographically remote Canadian locations.
- Strong working knowledge of aviation regulations and standards necessary to carry out Captain duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid passport and legally able to enter the United States.
- Ability to provide clear Criminal Records, Child Abuse Registry, and Vulnerable Sectors checks.
