🧭 About the Role
As a PC-12 Captain, you will conduct professional single-pilot turbine operations with a focus on safety, precision, and outstanding customer care. You’ll handle the full mission profile—from flight planning and weather evaluation to execution, post-flight, and aircraft care—while upholding company standards and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute flights under IFR and VFR, managing fuel, performance, and routing.
- Perform thorough preflight inspections, weight-and-balance, and risk assessments.
- Maintain disciplined cockpit resource management in a single-pilot environment.
- Deliver a professional, client-focused experience on every leg.
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and debriefs; support aircraft care and readiness.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 300 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Prior professional single-pilot time required
- 100 hours instrument (at least 50 hours actual flight)
- 500 hours cross-country
- 100 hours night
- Current IFR knowledge and experience
🌟 Preferred
- Prior Part 135 experience
🧰 Certifications & Compliance
- FCC Permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Passport: Valid
- Driver’s License: Valid U.S. state driver’s license
- Authorization to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Background: Able to pass TSA checks and secure SIDA badge when applicable
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (Accepted: FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
📍 Base & Residency
- Base: Ogden, UT (KOGD)
- Must reside within 1 hour of the Ogden Airport or commit to relocating within three months of hire
- Note: Commuting is not an option for this position.
🎓 Training & Growth
- PC-12 differences/aircraft training provided if not type rated
- Ongoing recurrent training to maintain proficiency and compliance
