🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 PIC with Air Astana, you will lead safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a complex, international environment. You will:

• Command A320 family flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver operational excellence and on-time performance.
• Uphold a strong safety culture, promoting SMS principles and continuous improvement.
• Represent Air Astana with professionalism in all operational and customer-facing interactions.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 4,500 hours minimum
• PIC Time: 1,000 hours minimum
• PIC on Type: 500 hours minimum on A320 family
• License Required: ATPL (ICAO)
• Accepted Licenses: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP Level: 4
• Type Rating: A320 family type rating required
• Currency: Flown the A320 type within the last 12 months with a current LPC. Applicants who do not meet the 12-month recency but have flown the type within the last 36 months may be considered based on overall experience.
