🧰 Your mission

  • Command the Nextant 400XT, setting the standard for safety, compliance, and a polished passenger experience on every leg.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel strategies for domestic and cross-border trips throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and additional destinations.
  • Practice exemplary CRM; coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and Maintenance to maximize reliability and on-time performance.
  • Operate in full alignment with Part 135 regulations, company SOPs, and SMS best practices.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training and disciplined checklist use.
  • Deliver discreet, anticipatory service that reflects a five-star client experience.
  • Complete accurate flight, duty, and operational records to meet regulatory and company requirements.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • License req.: ATP (open to FAA certificate holders)
  • Type rating: Required on the Nextant 400XT/400XTi (or appropriate equivalent)
  • Minimum total time: 3,000 hours
  • Turbine time: 1,000 hours
  • Flight time notes: Prior Part 135 experience required
  • Preferred time: Prior Nextant 400XTi experience preferred
  • Medical: Class 1

🛂 Travel & compliance

  • Passport: Valid, with no restrictions for travel to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and other Private Jets, Inc. destinations
  • CANPASS: Eligible
  • Background check: Ability to pass a 10-year CHRC
  • Drug & alcohol testing: Pre-employment and random screening
  • Radio permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RROP)
  • Travel prohibitions: None
  • Residence: Must live within two hours of a major airport
