Multi‑Engine Captain (F406/C425) – Windhoek

As Captain, you’ll command safe, regulation-compliant operations while protecting the comfort and wellbeing of passengers and crew. You’ll own the flight from planning to shutdown—leading, communicating, and making sound decisions in dynamic environments.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight preparations, including aircraft inspections, performance calculations, flight plan and weather reviews.
• Operate the F406/C425 to the highest safety standards during all phases of flight—take-off, enroute, approach, and landing.
• Communicate effectively with ATC and coordinate seamlessly with co-pilots, cabin crew, and ground teams.
• Manage aircraft systems and navigation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company SOPs.
• Exercise decisive leadership in abnormal and emergency situations to ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and uphold rigorous documentation standards.
• Participate in recurrent training and continuous professional development.

• Licence: Valid CPL.
• Total time: 1,000+ hours.
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500+ hours.
• Multi‑engine time: 200+ hours.
• Multi‑engine PIC: 200+ hours.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and a proven safety mindset.
• Clear, confident communication and collaborative leadership in multi‑crew operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and disciplined operational standards.
