✈️ The opportunity

As an MU‑2 First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient flights while upholding the highest professional standards. You’ll hone your skills on a fast, capable turboprop, contribute to a strong safety culture, and build time in a demanding, rewarding operation.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support all phases of flight — planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel, and weather analysis.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and crew briefings with discipline and clarity.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, manage workload, and communicate effectively with ATC.
  • Champion a robust safety culture, including SMS participation and proactive risk management.
  • Maintain regulatory currency, training records, and professional standards at all times.
  • Deliver courteous, reliable service to passengers and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Valid CPL.
  • Current Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • TCCA license holders are welcome to apply.
  • Eligibility to work without employer visa sponsorship.

Note: Non‑type‑rated pilots are encouraged to apply — full MU‑2 training is provided.

🌟 Preferred experience

  • 1,500+ total time.
  • 500+ hours multi‑engine PIC.
  • Recent IFR, multi‑crew, and high‑performance twin or turbine experience.
  • Demonstrated CRM, decision‑making, and communication excellence.

🧭 Training and development

  • Comprehensive MU‑2 initial training with ground school and practical/simulator phases.
  • Supervised line flying and mentoring with experienced MU‑2 Captains.
  • Ongoing recurrent training to keep you sharp and mission‑ready.
