🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Metroliner as First Officer on regional routes in day/night and IMC, upholding SOPs and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with all phases of flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and risk assessment.
- Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections and ensure secure, compliant cargo handling.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and station teams to support safe, on-time operations.
- Champion a strong safety culture through checklist discipline and proactive reporting.
- Travel extensively and respond to after-hours call-outs as needed.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 800 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 250 hours
- Multi-Engine: 75 hours
- Turbine: 40 hours
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
🧾 Additional requirements
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Current passport (passport cards not accepted)
- Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and required background checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport SIDA badge
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the El Paso base and travel extensively
- Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and after-hour call-outs
🌟 Preferred experience
- Previous Part 135 experience
- Familiarity with the Metroliner or similar turbine multi-engine aircraft
- Prior cargo operations experience
