✈️ Role at a glance
As a Boeing 747 Line Pilot, you will fly one of the world’s flagship widebodies on predominantly cargo missions within ASL’s global network. You will deliver safe, efficient and on‑time operations while upholding our values of excellence, experience and expertise.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 747 in accordance with company OM, SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Lead thorough flight preparation: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel planning, weight and balance and route analysis.
- Manage flight deck automation and systems, including FMS, to ensure precise, stabilized operations from departure to arrival.
- Apply robust CRM and Threat & Error Management to maintain the highest safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, loadmasters, ground handlers, maintenance and ATC to achieve on‑time performance.
- Comply with security, dangerous goods and company safety reporting, including SMS participation and recurrent training/checking.
- Represent ASL professionally with customers, partners and airport authorities worldwide.
🧰 What you bring
- Valid EASA ATPL (frozen ATPL not accepted).
- Current Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Strong multi‑crew coordination, situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
- Professionalism, resilience and flexibility to operate across time zones, nights and changing schedules typical of global cargo operations.
- A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Note: Employer‑provided visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

NTR candidates are welcome. ASL provides a comprehensive Boeing 747 type rating pathway that includes ground school, full‑motion simulator phases and supervised line training, supported by experienced instructors and a proven training culture.
