🧰 What you’ll do
- Support safe aircraft operations in accordance with all regulations and company policies.
- Maintain professional, clear communications for complex internal and external aircraft coordination.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight and provide top-tier customer service.
- Note and communicate aircraft discrepancies for maintenance review and correction.
- Perform flights during day, night, and varied weather conditions.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- License: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating; current Instrument Proficiency Check.
- Medical: FAA First Class Medical.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Certifications: FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit; valid passport booklet (cards not accepted).
- Flight time: 800 TT, 250 PIC, 75 ME, 40 turbine.
- Age & eligibility: At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
- Background: Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge; complete DOT drug screening and required background checks.
- Physical: Lift up to 125 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft.
- Equipment: iPad (2 or newer) required when reporting for duty; smartphone with texting and email capabilities.
- Availability: Willing to relocate to El Paso (ELP); travel extensively; work variable shifts, overtime, after-hours callouts, weekends, and holidays; accept frequent, unplanned overnight flights away from base of uncertain duration.
Highly preferred: Part 135 experience, familiarity with company aircraft, and previous cargo experience.
🎓 Training & commitment
For new, entry-level hires, an 18-month training commitment is required.
