🧭 The role

As a Let L-410 First Officer, you’ll support the PIC to deliver safe, efficient operations in a multi-engine, turbine environment. You’ll operate to the highest standards, adhere to SOPs, and bring strong CRM to every sector.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company manuals and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and cross-check performance, weather, NOTAMs, and flight plans.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance; manage normal and non-normal checklists.
  • Promote a just culture, safety reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional crew coordination and customer-focused operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,300 hours
  • PIC time: 400 hours
  • Multi-engine: 200 hours
  • Turbine: 200 hours
  • Flight time notes: 200 hours multi-turbine time
  • License required: CPL + IR + ME
  • Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Yellow fever vaccination: Required
  • Covid-19 vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
