Boeing 787 Dreamliner Captain – Direct Entry (Type Rating Provided)

🧭 About the role

As a Direct Entry Captain on the B787 Dreamliner, you will lead a multi‑crew operation with a relentless focus on safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. You’ll set the standard from the left seat—mentoring the team, managing flight operations, and upholding regulatory compliance every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total flight time: more than 5,000 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5,700 kg or more.
• At least 2,000 hours PIC on multi‑engine jet, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi‑crew operation (excluding P1 U/S hours).
• License: Valid ATPL (Accepted: CAAS, ICAO).
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ELP Level 4 (minimum).
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided).

🌟 Licensing and regulatory

• A CAAS‑issued ICAO ATPL is required. Holders of foreign ATPL must undergo CAAS license conversion, which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check with at least 6 months’ validity.
• Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS.
