🧭 Your Mission

  • Exercise command of the Let L‑410 across all phases of flight, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the flight deck through effective CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering a just‑culture safety mindset.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel management for short‑sector reliability.
  • Apply proactive Threat & Error Management, adapting to weather, terrain, and airspace considerations typical of regional operations.
  • Uphold SOPs, company manuals, and applicable regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Participate in training, line checks, and recurrent proficiency to maintain type currency and high standards.
  • Represent the operation with professionalism when interfacing with crew, ground teams, ATC, and customers.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,500+ hours
  • PIC time: 1,500+ hours
  • In type (Let L‑410): 500+ hours
  • Type rating: Let L‑410 (current and valid)
  • Licence: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Health & vaccinations: Yellow fever vaccination; Covid‑19 vaccination where permitted by applicable law
  • Work authorization: Able to obtain necessary visas — sponsorship provided
