🧰 What you will do
- Exercise overall command and ensure the safe, efficient conduct of every flight in accordance with company manuals and applicable regulations.
- Lead the crew using strong CRM, fostering clear, professional communication and teamwork throughout all phases of flight.
- Perform thorough pre‑flight planning, performance and weight‑and‑balance calculations, fuel planning, and risk assessments.
- Execute precise, customer‑centric operations, maintaining high standards of airmanship and service.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with a structured, safety‑first mindset.
- Complete post‑flight duties, reports, and technical logs accurately and on time.
- Support ongoing training and checking; mentor first officers and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Represent the company professionally during international assignments and at all client touchpoints.
🌟 What you bring
- Several years of experience as Captain.
- Valid ATPL (EASA) and Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum; fluent in English and German.
- Valid security clearance in accordance with Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG).
- Passport with full validity for international travel.
- Driving licence class B.
- High sense of responsibility with a structured, safety‑oriented way of working.
- Strong teamwork and professional communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake international assignments.

- Type rating or time on Learjet 35A and/or 55 is an advantage.
